Why MyAIMS POCUS matters.

Acute Internal Medicine relies on rapid, bedside decision-making. POCUS enhances clinical assessment by giving immediate visual information about cardiac function, lung pathology, abdominal structures, vascular flow and more.

About MyAIMS POCUS training.

Who can attend?

Any doctor practising acute medicine in Malaysia, including primary care doctors and internal medicine specialists. No prior ultrasound experience is required.

What is the training format?

Sessions combine short teaching with hands-on practice on ultrasound machines and live models under expert supervision. Small groups allow personal feedback.

What should I bring?

Just a notebook and your clinical curiosity. We provide the ultrasound equipment and training materials. Wear comfortable clothes for probe-handling practice.

Are CPD points available?

Where CPD accreditation applies, it is stated on the event’s registration page. Participants receive a certificate of attendance.
